Cilantro Lime Dressing

This Cilantro Lime Dressing is great on salads and pasta salads!

You can also use this as a marinade! Be sure to let you protein marinade in dressing for a minimum of 3 hours.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1/4 c Lime Juice

  • 2 tsp Honey (if you prefer maple syrup you may use that)

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 c Olive Oil (EVOO is nice, and Extra Light gives it a nice flavor also)

  • Sprinkle of Cracked Peppercorns

  • Optional: For a creamy dressing add 1 whole Avocado (pictured above)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put everything into a food processor (6 cup size I used and had PLENTY of space) and blend until smooth. HAHA Told you it was easy!


This pleasantly surprised me! I never had cilantro lime dressing until recently and I became obsessed! I cant tell you how many I made before I settled on this version! As always, this is a crazy simple recipe, because you know that’s how I roll. And be careful, because you may just want to put this on everything!
