Summer is in full swing and now it’s time to beat the heat and get to work! With a crazy summer schedule this challenge is designed to keep you stress free and to take a minute for yourself! You will receive weekly emails to guide you along the activities as well as a weekly tracker! Because there’s no better feeling than checking something off your list!

Below you’ll find content added WEEKLY to get you through your 30 day challenge. Go through everything at once or use it daily - whatever works for you. Be sure to download your tracker and get started right away!

Level Up : Week #1
Let’s talk about Goal Setting! Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guides your focus and helps you sustain that momentum in life. Goals also help align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. In the end, you can't manage what you don't measure and you can't improve upon something that you don't properly manage.

GOAL SETTING
MOVE YOUR BODY
Daily movement can help not only your body but your brain! Have you ever noticed a little pep in your step when you have slayed a workout? Notice that you sleep a little deeper?
This week I challenge you to move three times!
Not sure where to start? What kind of movement makes you happy - yoga, kickboxing, HIIT or even a walk with friends. No matter what it is as long as you enjoy it you will stay motivated to keep moving! Take a minute an make a note on your tracker.

Each week the Wellness Warriors participate in a MOVEMENT CHALLENGE!
This challenge can be tracked using your Phone, Apple Watch or FitBit.
We don’t always have the option to work out with a Friend, or work out at all. But studies have shown that collaborating with like minded individuals increases your success by 70%! WOW! You’ll feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results!)… and you’ll be more consistent.
